Board Membership Members of the Grace and Associates, LLC team are available to sit on a variety of Boards of Directors. Many of our Clients ask us to take a Board seat to provide guidance and leadership. In some cases, our contractual arrangement with our Client requires us to assume a Board Position while in others, this is a requirement of our investors. In each case, members of our team will serve with distinction, active participation and integrity.
