Grace and Associates, LLC assisted in the development of the products
and services while assuming a seat on their Board of Directors.
Members of the Grace and Associates team worked with the Stratizon CEO to
develop his Management Team, corporate structure, sales and marketing plan
as well as provided extensive sales introductions for his products and
services. Our Founder, Joseph A. Grace, Jr. remains an active Board
Member for Stratizon.
Proxity Digital Networks, Inc.
Grace and Associates, LLC was originally approached to provide
introductions to Venture Capital and to help in the development of Trivia
Spot's (Proxity's original Corporate name) product lines, Grace and
Associates assumed a seat on the Board of Directors and worked closely with
the Management Team to develop their corporate strategy. We were also
intrinsically involved in the process of taking the company
public in a reverse merger. Joseph A. Grace, Jr. was asked to serve as
the President and Chairman of the Board for Proxity during this period of
transition and is serving in this capacity today.
Labyrinth Health Care, Patient Care
Grace and Associates, LLC provided introductions, business plan
development and venture capital consulting to this company during the early
stages of their development. We also provides sales and management
consulting to their team. Joseph A. Grace, Jr. was an original Board
Member and worked with the team in the transition to a more integrated Board
of Directors. He recently resigned his Board Seat with the company
