William C. Robinson,
Founder, CEO and Director of Business Development and Capital
Expansion has more than 20 years experience in the public equity
markets, including management positions at Paine Webber and
Prudential Securities, Mr. Robinson has functioned both as a
successful start-up entrepreneur and an officer and director of
eight public companies. Mr. Robinson brings seasoned operational,
fund-raising and merger and acquisition skills to the Proxity team,
and has been responsible for initiating and negotiating as a
principal more than $100 million worth of merger and acquisition
transactions and has developed, bought, and sold more than 20
companies from the raw start-up stage to taking eight to full public
company status.
Joseph A. Grace, Jr.,
President/COB, is a 1980 graduate of the United States Naval Academy
and a former nuclear submarine officer with a strong engineering and
management background. Along with his graduate work in nuclear
physics, he received his MBA from the University of New Orleans. Mr.
Grace left the Navy in 1988 to join a Fortune 500 company as a sales
engineer. During his tenure there he further developed his vast
expertise in telecom, fiber optics, material science, power
generation and electronics, rising to become one of three national
sales managers for a wire and cable division.
In 1994 Mr. Grace became the founding President of the LTC, a
technical trade association committed to transforming the Louisiana
Technology Industry. During his tenure as President, the LTC emerged
as a technology leader for Louisiana and the Southern States. He
distinguished himself as an entrepreneur and business leader while
President of the LTC, He has participated in the creation of dozens
of start-up companies and has been involved in the raising of over
$500 MM in venture capital, the placement of multiple management
teams and is a noted expert in business development and marketing. .
His recognized expertise in "Tech-nomic Development", a term meaning
synergistic innovative technical and economical expertise sometimes
need in early stage or incubation of leading edge technologies and
technology marketing has made the organization a model for
innovation and excellence.
Mr. Grace is noted for his keen ability to work with both
start-up and established companies, raise venture capital, prepare
business plans, push legislative agendas, make introductions, and
create sales and marketing strategies. His broad range of expertise

in the United States Naval Reserve and was recently selected for
promotion to the rank of Captain. He is a recognized leader of the

Barry C. Nelsen, Vice
President Government Sales, has been selling information products
and services since 1970. As the President of Sales Resources
Consultants, Inc. Mr. Nelsen has been one of the leaders in
designing and selling information products used in the U.S.
Military. In the late 1980’s Mr. Nelsen sold scanning, storage and
printing technologies to the DoD that replaced the use of off-set
presses in delivering 6 million pages of DoD specifications each
month as well as replacing the microfilm technologies (sometimes
requiring a base cost of $300,000,000) required in reproducing
drawings for DoD vendors. Mr. Nelsen also was the agent for
Beyond.com, selling the first enterprise wide EC downloaded software
to the DoD. This sale of over $50,000,000 was for desktop software
used by the Defense Logistics Agency and all DoD purchasing agents.

Gordon W. DeBoer , Managing
Director of Linksimple, He also is Chairman and CEO of a privately
held mortgage banking firm specializing in financing home loans,
Neighborhood Acceptance Corp. and of Hollywood Film & Video, Inc., a
privately held motion picture laboratory serving the major film
studios and specializing in developing film for computer digitized
special effects.
His previous experiences include Chairman/CEO of an investment
banking firm with emphasis in financing investor notes, placing
equity and debt for leverage transactions, leveraged buyouts,
equipment leasing and supporting commercial projects. He was also
the Marketing Manager for IBM in Los Angeles. Mr. DeBoer has served
his country aboard the USS Ranger as a Navy pilot in Vietnam
receiving numerous commendations. Mr. DeBoer continued to fly the A7
as part of the Naval Reserves until his retirement as a Navy
Commander and still flies his own plane today.
Mr. DeBoer has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Northern
Iowa, an MBA from Anderson School of Business (UCLA) and a Juris
Doctorate from Chapman University. He has passed the California Bar.
Additionally, he has both a California and a Utah Real Estate and
Insurance Brokers license, and has 12 years as a Series 7
representative and as a Series 24 Broker managing and operating his
own securities firm SST Investors Services, Inc. until he sold it in
1998.

years of experience in operations and maintenance of utility planet.
Has over ten years experience in electronics, two years study in

Mr. Elrod completed his undergraduate studies at the University of
Oklahoma with a minor in public relations and going on to complete
His business degree at Oklahoma Wesleyan College. At the University
of Oklahoma he attained All-American and all conference status. OU
won back to back national championships in 1974 & 1975 during this
time. He went on to be drafted to the Kansa City Chiefs as a
Professional Ball player for the next 4 years. He has been a founder
in several startup ventures over the past 25 years including, oil
and gas, housing and land development, environmental technologies,
healthcare services as well as the present powerline technology
business. Through his celebrity and leadership Mr. Elrod has

Bryan Noland, Chief Information Officer, joined Synchros

logistics, health & fitness manufacturing, web development,

Holmes:
Registered Patent Attorney practicing with the intellectual
property group of Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippins,
P.C. Accumulated over 15 years of engineering/engineering management
experience prior to attending law school including: Manager of
Product Development for StairMaster Exercise Systems; Sole designer
of the electrical/electronic systems, including software, for the
StairMaster 6000/ergometer, StairMaster 4000 PT, StairMaster
Gravitron, StairMaster Gauntlet, and Cellcast RBS-400. The total
sales of these StairMaster products have generated roughly $650
million in sales since inception. Worked as Senior Electronic Design
Engineer for FlightSafety International, Simulator Systems Division
responsible for the development of microprocessor based aircraft
interfaces systems, video graphics systems, environmental sound
effects, and servo system. Was the Maintainability Engineer for
Texas Instruments responsible for testability analysis of the HARM
Missile (AGM-88A) and the design of various systems of peculiar
ground support equipment (intermediate level customer test
equipment) for HARM. Additional professional experience includes:
Director of Engineering/In-house Counsel, Bed-Check Corporation;
Contractor/consultant for computerized lighting systems for the
movie/television industry including a 100 kW tungsten dimmer, 40 kW
HMI dimmer, 10kW xenon power supply, and programmable flash
controllers for still photography; Contractor/consultant for various
oil field/pipeline electronic systems, radio broadcast equipment,

Vice President, Bob Boyd:
Mr. Boyd has over twenty years experience in the fields of capital
formation, international finance, and investment banking. Most
recently, Bob has been founder and president of Boston Street
Advisors, consulting with growing companies in business development
and financing matters. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Boyd held
positions as senior financial analyst for a New York Stock Exchange
energy concern, consultant to a major regional bank, Chief Financial
Officer - Treasurer for a private manufacturing company, and Manager
of Treasury for a NASDAQ manufacturing company that had both
domestic and international operations. Mr. Boyd's international
experience includes consultation in Europe, Asia, Canada, and South
America.
His experience has included successfully planning and negotiating
the initial $15 million financing package of a start-up
manufacturing company, being a key member of a group that planned
and restructured over $500 million of corporate debt for a major
multi-national diversified energy concern, and serving as exclusive
financial advisor for the financing and sale of a local internet
service provider, valued at $5.25 million. He has also played key
roles in establishing a sales and distribution office in Germany for
a manufacturing company, advising major energy and service companies
in the area of performance measurement, and having management
responsibilities for two multi-million dollar integrated computer
systems conversions.
Mr. Boyd is an adjunct professor of finance at The University of
Tulsa and conducts training seminars throughout the world. He holds
an MBA from the University of Tulsa and graduated from the Executive
Development Program of the Wharton School.

CFO & Vice President of Finance, Forres McGraw:
Forres McGraw has in excess of 16 years of accounting and finance
experience to direct 8.communications’ finances to meet the
company’s immediate to long-term goals. Immediately prior to joining
8.communications’ team he was a founder, director and President of
Nostrum BioTechnology, Inc., a small start-up bio-medical company.
Forres developed and maintained domestic and international strategic
relationships and built the team that produced the Nostrum’s premier
product. Prior to Nostrum BioTechnology, Forres was founder and
president of International Factoring Group, Ltd for seven years. IFG
was formed to purchase the performing portfolio of CapitalCorp
Financial, Inc. As president, Forres was responsible for due
diligence, financial analysis of target companies, business and
investment risks, collection, cash management, contract
drafting/negotiation and UCC compliance. Forres went to IFG from
Computer Support Corporation where he was Director of Finance. At
Computer Support he was responsible for all financial and legal
operations, negotiating all domestic and international distribution
agreements, identifying and negotiating with merger/acquisition
targets. For 10 years prior to joining Computer Support, Forres was
the Partner in Charge of MIS at Donohoe, McGraw & Associates, CPA’s.
As a name partner in the firm, Forres drew on drew on his prior
experience as Assistant Controller/Controller of The Pierre Hotel in
New York and international tax specialist for Ocean Drilling &
Exploration Company (ODECO). Forres is a member of the American
Society of Certified Public Accountants, received his bachelors
degree in accounting with a minor in computer science from Louisiana
State University in Baton Rouge in 1992 and completed the Graduate
Certificate Finance Program at SMU in 1999.
