Board Development

The creation of a functional, effective, dynamic and powerful Board of Directors is essential to any company or organization.  Joseph A. Grace, Jr., founder of Grace and Associates, LLC has been on over 80 Boards and Commissions.  He presently serves on the Boards of three public companies, two Universities and multiple non-profit organizations.  He is also an active member of multiple Advisory Boards and task forces. 

Grace and Associates has the experience and expertise to help clients form and work with their Board of Directors.  In many cases, as is defined in the Board Membership section of services, an Associate will assume a seat on the Board of our Clients to provide leadership and guidance.
