There are many sources of Venture Capital, both formal and informal.  Many of these financial leaders look to Grace and Associates, LLC to screen applicants and bring them only the most viable deal flow.  Grace and Associates, LLC has an extensive network of Venture Capitalists and Venture Capital sources.  We are highly respected in this complex field and our involvement is a positive step toward funding. 

 

Access to Capital Sources - Angel Investors

 

Many "deals" are not ready for Venture Capital as they are in the early stage of development and need smaller amounts of informal capital to fuel their development.  The providers of this capital are called Angels.  These are wealthy individuals or groups of people with money looking to invest in opportunities.  These investors look to advisors such as Grace and Associates, LLC to bring them "deal flow" and a perspective on the opportunity.  Grace and Associates, LLC has an extensive network of Angels who trust our judgment and recommendations. 

Coordination of Capital Sources and Options       

 

In most deals the coordination of these three elements is the key to success.  A combination of initial founding investors, Angel Capital, Debt Financing and finally Venture Capital will make for a successful endeavor.  Cash flow from operations is worked into the business structure to make it more appealing to investors.
