Ms. Wallace is a native of New Orleans and holds a BA Degree from Rhodes College in Memphis and a JD from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans.  Her legal career began as an associate with McGlinchey Stafford, a national law firm focusing on corporate defense litigation. She has practiced principally in the realm of corporate and transactional law with an emphasis on technology, regulated industries, utilities, and telecommunications . Ms. Wallace has served in a legal role for several Fortune 500 companies including Entergy Services, Verizon Wireless and most recently, CenturyLink.  Her government experience includes working for the State of Louisiana. Ms. Wallace brings executive leadership skills, contract management and legal expertise to the Grace and Associates team.
