Prior to joining Grace and Associates, Ms. Brayley was the Director of the Real Time Location System (RTLS) Program Management Office at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for almost 15 years. In this position, she led a $543 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) RTLS contract to procure, integrate, develop, and deploy a multi-application/multi interface system to assist medical centers with business process automation and clinical/technical process improvement.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Braley was the Chief Clinical Engineer at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Grady Healthcare System and Rockdale Hospital. She was a staff clinical engineer at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and held multiple positions at KODAK Health Imaging in the Digital Radiography specialization area. Organizationally she has managed multiple small to large complex contracts, recruiting, mentoring, and leading high performing teams.

Ms. Brayley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s degree in HealthCare Administration.
